At Analyst ICT, we select our talents at the gate. Because of our integral way of working, we value our team and mutual cooperation. We supervise our interns from each team and discipline. We let these students, adapted to his or her experience, participate as a full member of the team. As a result, it happens regularly that a follow-up internship is also conducted with us. We are proud that interns have been hired as colleagues in the past and even more proud that former colleagues have sought each other out again.

At Analyst ICT, as a sustainable ICT service provider, we try to do business in the greenest way possible. The power Analyst ICT uses is completely green power. In addition, our office has a lot of windows which gives us a lot of light. For the darker days we use LED lighting. We strive to be a completely paperless company. Invoices go out the door digitally, and waste is recycled also for detail when it comes to batteries, everything is rechargeable and nothing is just thrown away.

Of course, many businesses cannot exist without making a profit. This part of the People Planet Profit principle, however, is about what you do back with that profit. We think it is important to invest in our employees by, among other things, increasing knowledge in the field of sustainability. We also like to contribute to a better environment for people, animals and nature, which is why we support various charities

Analyst ICT supports a host of local initiatives, often initiatives in which employees of Analyst ICT themselves are involved. Think of sports clubs and other charities. As long as it fits into our People Planet Profit policy, we are happy to contribute.
