Remote assistance
Through this support page we offer a number of options, but often you will be asked to launch the program Teamviewer (remote assistance). This can be found above, we also have a customer portal available to create and manage tickets (requests, complaints) for our customers.
It is possible to get instant “remote assistance” for your Windows or Apple system. We do this using the program Teamviewer.
