Choose the device you want to set up your email on and we'll help you out- Open web browser
- Open your favorite web browser (such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari).
- Opening Outlook on the web
- Go to Outlook on the web.
- Login
- Enter your Microsoft 365 email address and click “Next.”.
- Enter your password and click “Sign in.”.
- If you are prompted for additional authentication, follow the instructions for two-factor authentication (if enabled).
- Using Outlook
- After successful login, you can access your emails, calendar and contacts through the web interface.
- Open Outlook
- Open the Outlook desktop application on your computer.
- Add account
- Click on “File” in the upper left corner.
- Click on “Add Account.”.
- Enter email address
- Enter your full Microsoft 365 email address and click “Connect.”.
- Enter password
- Enter your password when prompted and click “Sign In.”.
- If you are prompted for additional authentication, follow the instructions for two-factor authentication (if enabled).
- Complete account settings
- After successful verification, Outlook will automatically configure your account settings.
- Click “Done” to complete the configuration.
- Complete synchronization
- Outlook will begin synchronizing your emails, calendar and contacts. This may take some time, depending on the amount of data.
- Download the Outlook app
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Search for “Microsoft Outlook.”.
- Download and install the app.
- Configure Outlook app
- Open the Outlook app.
- Tap “Get Started.”.
- Enter your Microsoft 365 email address and tap “Continue.”.
- Enter your password and tap “Sign in.”.
- If additional settings or permissions are required (such as access to your calendar and contacts), follow the on-screen prompts to enable them.
- Complete the configuration
- After you log in, the Outlook app automatically syncs your email, calendar and contacts.
- You can now manage your Microsoft 365 email through the Outlook app.
- Open the Settings app
- Go to the Settings-app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Add email account
- Scroll down and tap Email.
- Then tap Accounts.
- Tap Add account.
- Select the type of account
- Select Microsoft Exchange from the list of account types.
- Enter your details
- Enter your full Microsoft 365 email address and give the account a description (for example, “Work email”).
- Tap Next.
- Enter password and confirm settings
- Enter your Microsoft 365 password and tap Next.
- When asked for additional settings, enter the following information:
- E-mail: your full Microsoft 365 email address
- Server: outlook.office365.com
- Domain: leave this field blank
- Username: your full Microsoft 365 email address
- Password: your Microsoft 365 password
- Configure account options
- Choose which data you want to sync (Mail, Contacts, Calendar, Reminders).
- Tap Save to complete the configuration.
Your Microsoft 365 email account is now set up and you can manage your emails, calendar and contacts through the Mail app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Open the Mail app
- Open the Email-app on your Mac.
- Add email account
- Click on Email in the menu bar and select Accounts.
- Click the plus sign (+) to add a new account.
- Select the type of account
- Select Exchange from the list of account types.
- Enter your details
- Enter your full name, Microsoft 365 email address and password.
- Click on Login.
- Confirm server settings
- The Mail app should automatically detect the server settings. If it does not, use the following information:
- E-mail: your full Microsoft 365 email address
- Server: outlook.office365.com
- Username: your full Microsoft 365 email address
- Password: your Microsoft 365 password
