Handy! Whatsapp business on multiple devices

The vacation season is approaching, and we've heard the same support question come up several times at our service desk: “Can I use WhatsApp Business on multiple devices at the same time?” Yes you can! In this short blog post, we explain how #superlogical!

Step 1: Install WhatsApp Business on your primary phone

1. Download and install the WhatsApp Business app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

2. Open the app and register with the phone number you want to use for your business.

3. Complete the installation and configure your company profile.

Step 2: Enable the multi-device feature

1. Open WhatsApp Business on your primary phone.

2. Tap the menu icon (three dots in the upper right corner on Android, or Settings icon on iOS).

3. Select Paired devices.

4. Tap Multi-device beta and follow the instructions to participate in the multi-device feature (if needed).

Step 3: Pair additional devices

1. On your primary phone, go to Paired devices.

2. Tap Device pairing.

3. Open WhatsApp Business on the additional phone you want to pair. Install the app if you haven't already done so.

4. On the additional phone, tap Menu (three dots) and select Paired devices.

5. Use the additional phone to scan the QR code displayed on your primary phone.

6. Wait for the pairing process to complete. Your WhatsApp Business account is now available on the additional device.

Step 4: Manage paired devices

1. On your primary phone, you can use Paired devices manage the paired devices.

2. You can disconnect devices by tapping the device and Logout select.

Important notes:

- You can use your WhatsApp Business account on up to four additional devices.

- All messages, calls and media are synchronized between paired devices.

- The primary phone does not have to be online for the additional devices to access the account.
