Quality improvement at Analyst ICT therefore three simple questions

At Analyst ICT, we believe that quality is a continuous process, never an end goal. We strive to continuously improve our services and products to meet our customers' needs and expectations. In line with our upcoming ISO 9001 certification, we are introducing a new step in our journey to service excellence: a weekly survey focused on feedback from our customers.

Why a weekly survey?

1. Instant Feedback: A weekly frequency allows us to get quick feedback on recently delivered services. This means we can address any issues immediately and improve quality immediately.

2. Continuous Improvement: By regularly engaging with our customers and hearing their opinions, we can better understand what works and what needs attention.

3. Engagement with Customers: These surveys show our customers that we take their opinions seriously. This strengthens trust and cooperation between us and our customers.

4Super logical, though: We limit the survey to 3 simple questions which you can answer by giving a rating on the scale of one to five. You will receive this short survey only if we have done something for your organization last week. So if there has been a ticket or a question you can expect this short survey once a week.

ISO 9001 and the Survey

ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized standard for quality management systems. It requires organizations to regularly collect and evaluate feedback to improve quality. Our new weekly survey is a direct reflection of this requirement and helps us meet and even exceed ISO 9001 standards.

By collecting feedback with this frequency, we can not only meet ISO standards, but also lead the industry in customer service and product quality.

How it works

At the end of each week, our customers receive a short survey via email (only 3 questions). We designed the questions to be quick and easy to answer, but they provide us with valuable insights. The feedback is analyzed by us and then discussed with the ICT consultants for implementation of improvements.

Superlogic

At Analyst ICT, we are committed to quality improvement in everything we do. These weekly surveys are an important tool for us to stay close to our customers, understand their needs and tailor our services accordingly. We are grateful to everyone who takes the time to give us feedback and look forward to working together to build a future of excellence. To us, nothing more than superlogical!

A different perspective on technology Apple has always distinguished itself by one simple conviction: technology should help people, not hinder them. No unnecessary complexity, but simplicity and ease of use. That aligns seamlessly...

Why saving passwords in your browser is not a good idea
The blog post below was created in response to a question during our engineering meeting. Every two weeks, we get together with all of our technical staff to discuss the latest developments in technology or with clients. Good client questions also arise during these meetings, such as this one. Time to do some research. Thank you, Wiebe! You've probably experienced this: you log in to a website, and your browser asks if it should remember your password. Convenient, fast, and you don't have to remember anything. However, there's a risk involved. In practice, we see that many security incidents start with something small. Like saving passwords…

Apple is taking a big step with Apple Business
Apple announced something special this week. Not a new device, but something that might be even more interesting for many organizations: Apple Business. A completely new platform with which Apple brings all its business services together in one environment. And frankly: this is a development that we at Analyst ICT are following with great interest. The problem: fragmented tools and unnecessary complexity Many organizations working with Apple will recognize the problem: Multiple portals (Apple Business Manager, Business Essentials, Connect) Different tools for management, branding, and support Additional costs for basic functionalities such as device management This leads to a lack of clarity and costs time. And…
