As an ICT company, Analyst ICT obviously attaches great importance to careful, reliable and safe handling of data. For that reason Analyst ICT is ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 + NEN7510 certified. This standard sets requirements for the way we handle our, but also your data. Our information security policy is laid down in various policy documents. On request we will gladly send you a copy. Analyst ICT's information security policy in a nutshell:

• Information security is managed at the executive level.
• We have established a clear management framework for the internal organization to implement and execute information security.
• We have clear agreements on the use of mobile devices and working from home.
• We screen our employees before they are hired, and we have defined the way they should handle information in the terms of employment. All our employees hold a certificate of good conduct.
• We periodically provide training and awareness tav information security during employment.
• We ensure in a controlled manner at the end of employment that all access to company assets and information systems is undone.
• All assets provided to employees are recorded and their use is regulated.
• All data created, stored or accessed by Analyst ICT is classified. Based on that classification, an appropriate level of protection is applied.
• Analyst ICT has established requirements and policies to restrict access to information and information processing facilities.
